Posted - Nov 27 2007 : 03:16:44 Hello,
I have a question regarding prossesing messages. I don't why, but since a view weeks it takes a long time for Mail List King to prosses messages (sometimes a few minutes for only one message). I already changed the cache limit to 1000 entries and did optimize the databaze a couple of times...
I am running version 6.26R of MailList King
Do you have an idea what this problem causes? And can you help me?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards, Marnix Foeken

I would first try doing a repair of the database and see if that resolves the problem:
i) Download the Database Utility from http://www.xequte.com/download/dbsys330.exe ii) Install and Run it. iii) Select Utilities>Repair iv) Click Select and browse to your database folder (search your hard disk for the file mlk_main.dat to locate your database folder) v) Your database files will be displayed in the box below. Hold down the Ctrl key and select each file in turn vi) Click Open to repair all of your files

Thanks for your reply...!
No, I changed nothing in Outlook or MLK, but I found an other problem what maybe causes the problem...
I have 2 different Mailing List. But If I click on one list I got the following error:
"...DBISAM Engine Error #8708 Record has been changed or deleted by an other user, session on table cursor in the table 'mlk_task'."
After I click 'continue' Mail List King is trying to process a couple of messages but it is not working and I got the same error message again...
Thanks,

Check the Outlook folder that MLK processes. Are there any messages that MLK continously leaves there?
Has anything changed in Outlook or MLK since it worked normally. For instance did you turn on the option to save the Subscribe message in the MLK database?
