Is there a way to disable permitted actions? I would like to remove the default ones and replace them all with custom one. I only want to modify the names, not the actual function.

For ones like Subscribe & UnSubscribe, it is too easy to accidentally have someone send an e-mail with this in the body and I don't want anything to be processed except for the messages from my mail script.

No worries, we'll see what we can do in a later update.

:-) Well.. Honestly I couldn't tell you if MLK has ever mis processed a message. I hope to let MLK fully process the messages and not worry if that is the case. I just feel that with wording too close to common mail server wording, it is possible.

OK, I'll look at an option to disable standard commands in a future version.

For the record, has MLK ever misprocessed a standard message as a subscribe or unsubscribe?

0 risk, yes, but it also takes away the automation of the process. That would meant that I would need to run a rule or other scan to move those mails to that folder.

At this time I have a separate address for my mail form that MLK checks, but that forces me to manually process the mail that is replied to or returned.

Hi Justus

If you don't want MLK to process any message other than web forms, then ONLY put web form messages in the message processing folder (the folder specified under View>Options, Incoming).

Then there is zero risk of it processing any other message. Also MLK is quite conservative about its message processing, e.g. it is unlikely to process a message just because it has the word SUBSCRIBE in its body.
