I'm running 6.26R and experienced an unusual error. I have the member-sending group determination set up to be the email stem. (The stem and the Group name are identical.) Occasionally MLK seems to ignore this setting and tries to use the email SUBJECT line as a group name. This fails of course and causes an error log entry, and no message is sent. So far this has happened only to one member's messages.

Not sure if this is related or not, but I also noticed an earlier history log entry saying "Error adding message to sending tasks: tblSendTasks: cannot modify a read-only dataset". Again, this may not be related.

Any ideas on why this is happening?? Thanks!

Regarding the tblSendTasks error, is the database located on a local or network drive? Is there any reason that your read/write permissions on that folder may have changed?

I'm not sure about the email stem issue, so i'll email you some debug logging info so we can get to the bottom of it.
