Nigel,

I have an email that goes out to my audience with a HTML form at the bottom to allow people to unsubscribe. To minimize people mistyping their email addresses and causing problems, I've embedded the MemberID in the form. The user only has to tick the "unsubscribe me" box and click the send button to activate it.

However, MLK is not processing the form because it says that there is no email address. I was under the impression that the UID field would be picked up. Do I need to add the MemberID field as a custom field?

Hi Ian

Yes, it is supported. Can you check that you are including the "UID" prefix, e.g.

Unsubscribe UID12345
