Hi,
I have 2 MLK databases that I would like to combine into one. Is there any way to do this?

Hi

You need to export your mailing list from one database (using File>Export) and then import that into your second database (File>Import).

Some data will not be transfered such as the the unsubscribed addresses list (View>History and Errors, Removals) so you will also need to export and then import that data too (if you require it).
