I’ve recently run into a frustrating situation. I ordered a rare book online, and it’s been two weeks without any updates on the shipping. The seller hasn’t replied to my messages either. I’m wondering if there’s a way to track the shipment or contact someone else to help. Has anyone dealt with something similar? I’m not sure if I should wait longer or escalate the issue.

This is such a common issue these days with online shopping. Sometimes, delays just happen because of logistics or miscommunication between the seller and the courier. I usually try to keep calm and give it a bit more time, but having a way to track your package independently is definitely useful. Patience is key, though—most things sort themselves out eventually.

That’s definitely frustrating. I had a similar problem last year with a delayed package. One thing that helped me was using tools to track my shipments independently of the seller. There’s a great website, https://www.track.global/en, where you can enter your tracking number and get updates directly. It’s useful if you have the tracking number and need more details than the seller is providing. In my case, I realized the delay was with the shipping company and not the seller. Maybe give it a try—it might clear things up.
