Hello. We are starting work on the construction of a hotel in Toronto and the following question has arisen - is it necessary to make architectural 3D visualization or can we do without it? And if we do it, then where?

No, you don't understand! The blueprints may be all very well, but when the building is built, chances are it will look nothing like you planned. So if you don't want to be completely disappointed, it makes sense to turn here to order architectural 3D rendering: https://provisual.pro/ . This will allow you to get a complete idea of the appearance of the building.

I believe that it is just a waste of money, as on the drawings you can get a complete idea of how your building will look like. So why do anything else?
