Lately I have to drive more and more often at night, but with each trip I feel that it is becoming more and more difficult for me. It is difficult to concentrate and drowsiness is very distracting, even if I drink coffee. Maybe someone has had experience with solving a similar problem?

A while back, I started driving long distances at night too, and it was tough, no matter how much coffee I drank, the drowsiness would always creep in. That's when I decided to try a different approach and got myself myluminette. It’s a light therapy solution that really helped keep me alert. Since then, my night drives have been much more manageable.
