Good afternoon. I need some advice. I want to open a business in Singapore and I don't know how best to do it. I am not familiar with the laws of this country. Will I be able to understand how to open a company there?

So everything is not as simple as it may seem at first glance. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will be able to formalize everything without help. So if you contact a lawyer, you can save a lot of time.

That's the thing, when you do not know the laws of another country, it is very difficult to orient yourself and do everything correctly. Even the documents and those will be very difficult. So my advice to you is to find a law firm that can help you with this issue. Here, for example, can conduct Singapore company registration: https://intracorp.com.sg/ .
