I can't seem to figure this one out. We just did a validate of a few email addresses and a couple of them failed. There is a selection button that says "show log" and when we validate a bunch of addresses we click that to see what messages are being generated by the bad email addresses.

However, on a short list, before we can get down to click on
"show log" the dialog box comes up tell us it is done and do we want to see the validated addresses?

So how can we see that log? I have looked around and can find no way to read the email validation message. We are looking for that to determine more details as to the cause of failure i.e. domain completely bad, or address does not exist for example.

Any help is appreciated.

Bernie

Hi Bernard

1. Please run MLK and select Ctrl+Shift+I
2. Choose the sending logs folder and click OK
3. You will find a Validation log in that folder

We just did another validation and wanted to see the reason for some of the failures as noted above.

Do you know if the last validation run log is saved some where in the current version?

What is the location of the file?

Thanks in advance for the help it is really appreciated.
