Volaris Cancellation Policy 24 Hour Rule
According to the Volaris 24-hour Cancellation Policy, you can fly with Volaris and get a 100% refund in the original mode of payment. However, your reservation must follow these rules:
First of all, this rule only applies to flights to and from the United States of America.
Additionally, the individual must cancel the reservation within 24 hours of purchase.
Additionally, this only applies to purchases from the official website, mobile application or Volaris Airlines customer service.
The refund would be available only when you cancel your reservation from official Volaris sources.
Finally, this rule only applies when you have purchased the ticket at least 7 days before the flight departure.
The 24-hour no-cancellation rule applies to all fare classes and is not limited to any reservation.
Volaris Flight Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions
When you cancel your Volaris flight, you should know the guidelines that determine how your ticket will be canceled. Additionally, passengers can find out if their reservation is eligible for a refund or not. Therefore, take note of the cancellation rules to ensure your benefit:
For a domestic flight scheduled to depart within 24 hours of booking the ticket, cancel your flight at least 3 hours before departure by calling customer service at 1–888-406-6017. Additionally, you must not have checked in for your flight.
Otherwise, passengers must notify Volaris of the flight cancellation within 24 hours of purchase to receive any refund. However, the person must not have checked in for their flight either online or physically at the airport.
Volaris will cancel the entire reservation upon request and there is no provision to compensate a leg/part of the flight with Volaris.
The Volaris International Flight Cancellation Policy rule suggests that you must notify the airlines at least 7 days before departure to receive any refund.
When 24 hours have passed since your reservation, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee to revoke your reservation.
