Hello, esteemed forum members! I'm faced with a dilemma in finding a website to hire companions for the evening, like a companion or a friend. I'm interested in your opinions on this matter. Is it worthwhile to use such services? What pros and cons do you see in platforms offering companionship? I would appreciate your thoughts and recommendations.

The rules of the substent on Seychelles have been introduced and they are similar in some ways similar to those that apply to Marshals, BVOs, etc. They do not concern you, as you do not fall under the definition of "relevant activity" (recommended by the OECD). In Seychelles, the substence rule applies only to "Licensed activities" - the activities of financial market organisations; joint and hedge funds. The rules of substens in the Seychelles are not much different from the rules on the Marshals, on the Marshals the list of activities subject to the substens is slightly larger (see my previous letter) than on the Seychelles.

By and large, the rules of the substence affected only a very narrow circle of persons - shipping, brokers, holdings, etc. Once again, I repeat - this does not concern you. The only country that has established the "dracon" rules of substence is Belize, everyone falls under them, except for the "passive holding", and even then with a bunch of reservations.

Thank you for your valuable advice! Your insights have helped me better understand this sphere. It's important to discuss such matters to make informed decisions. Undoubtedly, everyone chooses their own path, and your experiences help navigate through this. Best of luck to you, friends!

Good day! I decided to share my experience using the https://msk.nightlady.eu/ website to hire companions for the evening. I'm very satisfied with my choice of this platform. The site provides detailed information about each companion, a wide range of services, easy registration, and up-to-date data. The user-friendly interface and the quality of the provided information made my experience positive. I recommend it, but I'd also like to hear your impressions!
