Posted - May 09 2011 : 07:39:13 Greetings! I'm getting this fail message approx. 2 out of 3 burn attempts. I'm working on my first slideshow with PixPlay and am using the 45-day trial download. What's causing the error and how can I correct it?

Please e-mail me your log file:
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt
Note: On Windows 7 and Vista it is located at:
C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay
Note: If you have Email Software you can do this quickly by selecting Help > Send Email to Support on the DVD PixPlay menu
