Posted - May 03 2011 : 08:33:46 Hi guys, I have successfully created multiple slideshows and burnt to disc, however the last one I tried ran all the way through to nearly the end of creation, after multiplexing and creating dvd files I got a message something like "ACCESS ERROR VIOLATION" or similar!. The DVD Pixplay Multiple Slideshow Project file was created but won't open the DVD menu screen to run the slideshow? I have tried the same thing 3 times with the same result, help! Either upgrade to v6.31 (may need to pay) or v5.25 (free: email us).
If the problem still occurs please e-mail me your log file:
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt
Note: On Windows 7 and Vista it is located at:
C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay
Note: If you have Email Software you can do this quickly by selecting Help > Send Email to Support on the DVD PixPlay menu

Posted - May 04 2011 : 01:14:23 thanx for speedy response, I have version 5.10. yes all associated slideshows music are synch'd to show length and loop enabled. I don't know how to check Audio status? Should I delete the music files and try again? I'm not burning to disc, but saving to file.

Posted - May 03 2011 : 15:20:24 Hi Ken
What version of PixPlay is this (Look under Help > About)?
This error usually comes about when PixPlay runs out of audio, so please ensure that under Edit > Slideshow Properties, Music, there is enough audio for your project and that you have the looping option enabled. Also ensure that the videos in your project have audio.
