Posted - Aug 26 2010 : 20:40:21 I tried to save my video to a .wmv file purely for the purpose of keepng the file as small as possible so that I could e-mail it to someone. The program told me that I needed to install the WMV Encoding Plug-in. I downloaded that and installed the "Format Pack for Registered Users" as instructed and was informed that it installed successfuly. Then, every time I tried again to burn to a .wmv file I received the same message. Even exiting the program and restarting did not change that situation.
Here is a screen shot of my settings and the message I continually received. Can you offer some help?

Posted - Aug 30 2010 : 02:41:36 Hi Murray
We currently transitioning to a new release of the WMV plug-in (timed with the release of v6.11). Given that I provided you a v6.11 pre-release then that may be causing problems.
Please e-mail me your log file:
