I got another problem with "PC Format". If I add, as background music, a certain number of songs, some of them are truncated (random, it seems). The same does not happen if I burn a DVD.
Can you help me?
Thank you

Yes, we have received it. I'm afraid we haven't had time to do a full test with it yet.

Did you receive my mp3 file? I sent it last week.
Thank you

It sounds like there is something wrong with the files. You might want to email me one for testing.

I got a truncation after 1'45". The tracks are very short, they're old Elvis' songs around 2/3 minutes of duration.
In "Edit > Slideshow Properties, Background Music", they're truncated. I tried to remove them and add them again but the problem lasts.
Thank you

Does it truncate consistently?
If you select the file and click the Play button under Edit > Slideshow Properties, Background Music, how does it play there?

Yes, I have the same problem in 'Preview'. The MP3 file is ok and 'Truncate background music list when stretching slideshow' is not checked'.
Maybe, I'm doing something wrong but... where?
Thank you

If you burn in "PC Format" then PixPlay won't modify the music files in any way (simply copy them to the disk) and use the system drivers to play them back. You should get exactly the same result as when click the "Preview" button on the PixPlay toolbar.

Under VIEW>OPTIONS>OTHER OPTIONS>ADVANCE OPTIONS make sure there is no check in the box for "Shorten background music list when stretching slideshow."
