Can anyone tell me what program is the best when it comes to touching up photos? I want a program that will enhance my pics, enlarge them, make DVD covers and labels, etc. There are so many out there I don't know which one to choose. I'm looking to spend under $200.00. Thanks

Give a look to Irfanview whivh is a free photo editing software. It will do most of your reqirement and can be downloaded free from http://irfanview.uk-s0ftware.com/?s=gouk&a=irfanuk&gclid=COGJn7Ge9JQCFQOaFQodZCG4rA
If you google Free Desktop Publishing you will find what you need for DVD & Cd lables.

There is no one program out there that will do everything you want, but for a site that does a good job of reviewing the products ---I recommend the following website:
