Hi, I have a cd made some time ago, which I have managed to get into my memory stick, with the music!! However,it will not play in my Digital photframe so I can show it to my friends, the photoframe shows pics in MP3 and JPEG format, is there any way I can make the pixplay cd into MP3 or JPEG, my cd is in SVCD format, thank you, Val

Your CIBOX 7 DIGITAL PHOTO FRAM C107 requires videos to be in MP4 format. you can convert the MPEG video file on your CD by using one of the free convert programs from the following conversion sites

GOOD LUCK!!!

VAL

Please tell me the brand name and model number. Since it says it plays movies this would indicate that it will play video files.

OK, that's a shame, it was a gift, so they would not know we had Pixplay, will try what you suggested. Best regards and thanks , Val

Hi Val

That's a shame, a number of customers have Frames that support video files, so they use PixPlay to output their slideshow as a video file directly to the thumb drive.

As your frame only supports images and music then PixPlay is rather unnecessary. It would be easier just to copy the images and music files directly to the thumb drive from Windows Explorer.

Hi thanks, on the box it says supports MP3 and JPEG

Also, is it possible to send a pixplay programme direct to a memory stick? Ta, Val

Hi Val

Does your photo frame support any video formats, such as MPEG?

Thank you Jim, but I do not understand your reply (not as young as I was to get my head round these things!) Does this mean my pixplay in the memory stick will not run on my digital photo frame, I have tried it on photo, music, photo and music, and movie, all of which comes up as 'NO PLAYABLE FILE' on the digital photo frame screen. However, from the memory stick,, which was from a cd made some time ago, it will play in Windows Media Player.

Thanks, Val

VAL

When you create a DVD or VCD your images are NOT included on the disk (only a video file).
