I am just trialling DVD PixPlay as a committed user of Smartpix. I have MPEG-4 format movie files from my Sanyo C6 xacti camera. DVD PixPlay does not recognise that these files exist in their allotted folders. Do they require converting and if so with which program? Thanks Paul.

DVD PixPlay does not support the MPEG-4 format but you can convert the files to a compatible format (such as MPEG-2) using the free converters at:

http://media-convert.com/ (150MB Limit)
http://www.zamzar.com/ (100MB Limit)
