Posted - Apr 19 2008 : 20:00:17 I love this program! But.... I had worked on this DVD and had most of the bugs worked out of my project. I added borders to the pictures as directed to make sure the heads of some of the pictures were not cut off. I burned a DVD and find that the color is gone and the DVD burned in monochrome. I did not make that change. Help, please! |

What format did you use to burn the disc? NTSC or PAL?
Almost every PAL DVD player will playback NTSC disks.
Some NTSC DVD players will playback PAL disks.
In the USA it should be NTSC and if you had your player set for PAL it would not show the color.
Depending on what cables you have, try plugging only the yellow cable into "video out", I previously heard of people that had red, white, and yellow cables plugged into "comopents out" and only got black and white. Doing only the yellow into video out gave them color.

I can confirm that we've seen cases where slideshows that contain gray-scale images can affect the colourization of other slides in the project. Do you use gray-scale images in your project?
