I have recently installed Smartpix V12.0 on my new Windows 8.1 system.
The program opens corectly but when I click on the drive I want to view the window starts to reload multiple copies of the same drive and stops responding to any other clicks and I can't see any subdirectories. Any ideas on what my problem might be? or better, how to resolve the issue!
Thanks

Hi Steve

Does the Windows compatibility troubleshooter (type compatibility in the Start button search box) resolve the issue?

Hi Bill

Anything older than Win 8 should work, but XP is the most accommodating.

Are you getting the same symptoms as Steve?
