I am trying to add a video to the endof my slideshow. Although the frame shows it as 2:04 min. it only adds a short bit.

I see no way to lengthen the display time. My slides display at 6 sec. I am using Windows 10.
I am stumped,

HI Nigel,
I think I finally made some headway. I again converted the mp4 to MPEG-2 using Google's 123 Online Video Converter. Uploaded it to PixPlay which did not accept it.
Did the Pix Play conversion to make more compatible.

Now I have picture and sound but it did cut it a bit short. I think I will leave well enough alone and go with what I have got.

Thanks for all your support. You are unique with your hands on help. Many thanks. Marlene

Sorry are you sure it was MPEG-2? AVI is an odd extension for an MPEG file, it should be .mpeg

Hi

What type of MPEG did you convert to? MPEG-1, MPEG-2 or MP4?

What was the filename (including its file extension) that you tried to import into PixPlay?

Still not able to add video to end of slide show. Using PixPlayPro V10.20.
Converted from mp4 to MPEG as suggested but when adding to show it re- converted it back to AVI. Now I have the full sound track but no picture.

Hi

It sounds like a failure of the video conversion.

You might find it easier to convert the video to MPEG format prior to adding it to your project.

You can convert your files online (for free) at:
