Posted - Mar 05 2016 : 08:25:48 When I add a file with pictures and videos, some of the videos are upside down. They are not that way in my file though. When I add this file, it pops up saying that it will automatically rotate certain pictures. That's fine, but the videos are greyed out and I can not have them rotated. Can you give me an idea of how to fix this? Thanks, GMM |

Posted - Oct 17 2018 : 20:12:40 No, it will be the orientation of the video itself, i.e. the way it was recorded. However, at this time DVD PixPlay cannot rotate a video file.

You can download the format plug-in from:
http://www.xequte.com/pixplay/plugins.html
It will automatically convert MOV and other video formats.
Or you can convert them to MPEG-2 before adding them to your project using the links above.

Unfortunately DVD PixPlay does not support video rotation. You would need to rotate them before adding them to your project.
If they display correctly outside of DVD PixPlay, then that may not be necessary. Try converting them to to MPEG format prior to adding it to your project.
