I am testing using a small list of 6 users. Two are erroneous. I sent the email list. The two erroneous emails bounce back. But nothing shows up in Mailking as a failed email delivery.

Hi

If the bounce count was not increased for the member, it means that MailList King has not processed the bounce report message.

What folder do the bounce messages arrive at in Outlook (the Inbox?). Is that a folder that MLK checks (as specified under File > Options, Email Procesing).

If so, move the bounce report message back to the processing folder, and in MLK click "Check Now". Does that message get deleted? Has the bounce count increased for the member (of that address)?
