To convert Thunderbird to PST manually, you can follow these steps:
First, open Thunderbird and select the mailbox that you want to convert to PST.
Select all the emails in the mailbox by pressing Ctrl+A or using the Select All option in the Edit menu.
Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Save As".
Choose a location to save the emails and save them in EML format.
Open MS Outlook on your computer and create a new folder where you want to import the Thunderbird emails.
Click on "File" and then choose "Open & Export" and then "Import/Export".
Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next".
Browse to the location where you want to save the PST file and enter a name for the file.
Choose the folder you created in step 5 as the location to import the Thunderbird emails.
Click "Finish" to complete the process.
Note that this method only works for converting one Thunderbird mailbox at a time. If you need to convert multiple mailboxes or want a more automated solution, you may want to consider using a third-party conversion tool.
